Astraseal Mastics Ltd started in the garage of our Managing Director and founder Andrew Almond with some family members as Astraseal in 1999. A small sealants and mastic application company which has through the years grown and thrived, and became a Ltd company in 2007 becoming Astraseal Mastics Ltd. We rapidly outgrew our office garage and moved to our current bigger premises (via a few stops!) in 2009 which enabled us to expand and have since continued to grow adding Stephanie Eastham in 2013 and Holly James in 2017 to our office family and growing to have 18 mastic sealant applicators operating our 11 vans out in the field of work.

 

All our operatives are all highly trained, holding NVQs in joint sealing along with CSCS cards and access training and other accreditations with upto 15-20 years experience in the trade.  Which is why Astraseal Mastics are the No 1 mastic sealant applicator for new build housing companies in the North West, Cumbria and North Wales.  We specialise in providing excellent workmanship and attention to detail on many major new build housing projects and have excellent working relationships with all the major house builders in these areas, such as David Wilson Homes, Redrow Homes and Taylor Wimpey Homes as well as completing major construction projects like schools and hospitals for construction companies such as Bridgestone Construction, Bowmer & Kirkland, Emerson and Vinci Construction to name a few.  We cater for any type of sealant or mastic project so please do not hesitate to contact us for any information required.
